Will there still be schools and teachers in the future?

Nowadays, children from young ages until twenties goes to a playgroup, elementary school, junior high, senior high and collage. They come at morning and go home at the afternoon to study new things in life which are very important for the present and the future. It is a need for us to study things in life to do or create something different and better than what the past had given us.

For the needs of education, or course there are people and a place for us to study. Teachers and schools. An elder/younger people who teaches us subjects such as maths, science, economy, languages and others, a place for us to learn things and meet new friends. Go to different classes and study great things that helps us achieve And to help us study, we use books and newspaper to learn and keep up to date of news, we also use technology like the internet to find other information and news around the world with just one search on the Google or Wikipedia. We find technologies are very helpful to us, for education, social life, and work.

But looking at some ways to study, students doesn't need to study until late night, wake up in the early morning and go to school. They could go for homeschooling, study at home with a teacher coming to your house everyday. They don't need to face traffic jams to go to school or going home from school, this is a good way of studying in a different method. There are also another way, you don't need a teacher to come to your house. This method is studying from the internet, entering a website where you could study from a different person and maybe from a different country via webcam. You learn from a different person one and another each and everyday, learn new things from them and socialize with them! Isn't exciting? There are other methods of teaching for us students who wanted to study from their home.

From above, we found so many ways of studying and so much effort in each of them. But does that makes the technology look better than the teachers at school? I say the best method of studying is to go to school where you can study from a teacher face to face and ask so many times and go to classes with your friends in a close distance. You can see them at Facebook, Twitter, BBM, live in person at school or even at the mall. You could get close to the teacher and ask for more lessons, meet up with your friends. School is a proper place for students to study. If you study at home, you could get distracted by the TV, open the Twitter and Facebook all day long and you wont study because of it.

I would like to say that studying at a proper school and meeting a teacher who you could see everyday and seeing friends is better than studying at home alone. But studying in different methods is another fun way of studying, so many good things and less good things from each of the methods. So it's could be more interesting and exciting in any kind of method that you are using to study

Will there still be schools and teachers in the future?

Will there still be schools and teachers in the future?over the times people getting smarter and technology advanced.they might be an era where there's no schools and teachers.but I think it wont survive for a long time.

Thats true that the technology increase fast day by day.nowaday many task from school can be done with computer and internet.homework can be done fast and easier.besides technology can help student's homework it can make student study alone.so,sometimes they dont need teachers to teach them because they can learn alone with the internet and the internet have many knowledge that can improve student's skills.

But teachers have a surplus that computer doesnt have and that is an ability to describe the details of the materials that computer cant described directly. So I think in the future teacher still exist and technology can support the teachers to teach with high tech

Will There Still be Schools and Teachers in The Future?

A few people think that in 50 years time or less, there will be no more schools and teachers for students due to the non-stop growth of technology. this is interesting, but i do not believe that it will really happen.

It is true that even now some children in the world aren't going to proper schools with teachers, instead, they are homeschooling. so they don't really need teachers in order to learn and they don't go to school buildings and sit in a class room. and some people predict that in the future all students will learn independently and school subjects is just one click away from the internet.

But not all students are capable of learning on they're own, and not all off them are comfortable with just reading from a screen. some likes it better to study off of a text book. students who can't study on their own still need teachers to explain the subject that they are learning.

to conclude, i think that in the future there will still be schools and teachers, because some students need guidance on learning. but it is true that most students in the future will study more from the internet too, because both homeschooling students and normal students are already doing that nowadays.

Will There Still Be Teachers And Schools In The Future?

Teachers and schools are two of the most influential things for a person, especially in childhood. A teacher does not only show us how to read and how to count, they also teach us how to act and lead us to do good things. They plant seeds that will make us who we are when we grow up. A teacher does not always have to be the one at school, but a teacher can also be our mom, dad, older brother, or even our friend. In fact, parents are usually the one that teaches us the most important thing in life, which is how to love. Schools are important because it is the place where a student not only learns many subjects, but it is also the place where a child first interacts with many people their age. These so called friends will also have a large impact for building a child’s identity.

But these days, electronic devices are getting more and more sufficient on being a child’s learning source. With the internet, it feels as if we can learn anything just by pressing a few buttons. We have Google, the most famous search engine. When we a type a keyword into it, it shows us a list of websites that contains the word or the phrase that we are searching. We also have Wikipedia, a more descriptive source for students to learn everything about a topic they search. Using Google, Wikipedia, or many other search engines and websites, anyone could just type a word or a phrase that they want to learn and click search. It makes us wonder, will there still be schools and teachers in the future where we can learn things just by pressing a few buttons?

The answer is yes, and no. Yes, because teachers and schools will forever be needed. A teacher can be whoever, and a teacher can also be in whatever form, and time will not change that. While schools are always needed as a place for kids to learn from each other, join organizations, and interact. Time will never change that either. No, because schools and teachers in the future may not be the same type as the schools and teachers we have now. For instance, with the growth of technology, a child does not have to leave home to go to school. He or she can just sit in front of a monitor and log in the internet to find a teacher that could come from the opposite side of the world. Although this system won’t give you the same feeling as actually going to a school -like the ability to play football with your friends and actually meeting them- but this system also means no boundaries. You can have a teacher from China, be best friends with a girl from America, or share ideas with a boy from Russia. Teachers can also be in the form of a machine, for example, a robot.

The point is, technology may always grow, and the methods of learning and teaching may evolve, but there will always be teachers and schools, although they may not have the same form of teachers and schools as we have now.

Indonesia Traditional Dances

Indonesian dance reflects the diversity of cultre from various ethnic groups in Indonesia. Each ethnic group has its own style of dances. There are thousands of styles from Sabang to Merauke. Taditional dances of Indonesia can be divided into three eras. The pre-historic era, Hindu-Buddha era and the Islamic era.

The traditional dances in the pre-historic era is a very old kind of dance. Now it is rare to find, or maybe it is already forgotten by the Indonesian people. Because it was found in the ancient times. Then there is the traditional dance from Hindu-Buddha era. It originated from the Kingdom and people of Hindu-Buddha. The example for the later is the Kecak Dance. It is from Bali also known as the Ramayana Monkey Chant. This dance is performed by a circle of 150 people or more performers wearing checked clothes (kain sarung kotak-kotak) around their waist, percusively chanting "Cak" and throwing up their arms. The dance depicts the battle from the Ramayana legend. It is showing the scene of the monkey-like warrior "Hanoman" help prince Rama fight the evil King Rahvana. There is also the Islamic era of traditional dance and it came from the Eastern people who traveled to Indonesia and shared their dances to the native Indonesian. The dance eventually became a unique blend of Middle East and local cultures. One of the example is the Saman dance from Aceh.

We can find various traditional dances from the Western to the Eastern part of Indonesia. From the Western part of Indonesia, we can find Saman dance from Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam. This has became a very popular dance in the last few years. It is like a body percussion and singing/chanting the Islamic song. The movement of the performers have to be precisely organized. We have also piring dance from Minangkabau West Sumatera. This dance has a motion that resembles the movement of farmers during plantation. This dance also simbolizes joy and gratitude with the results of their corps. This dance needs a special skill where the dancers are holding plates on their palms with a very quick movement accompanied by a song played by talempong and saluang. Also we have Musyoh dance from the Eastern Indonesia, Papua. Musyoh is a sacred dance in an effort to expel ghost of people died in accidents.

We have to preserve our rich traditional culture as our national heritage. We have to be proud of our own culture and show our strong local identity to the world. We can learn a great deal of history and wisdom of our ancestors by studying and preserving our national heritage.

Angklung

‪Indonesia is a country rich with culture. With 17508 islands, its not a surprise that Indonesia is home to hundreds of distinct dances, religions, foods, clothes and last but not least, music. One of the most well-known Indonesian instrument is the Angklung.
Angklung is an instrument that is made out of two bamboo tubes attached to a bamboo frame. A person plays it by holding the base of the frame with one hand while shaking the instrument rapidly with the other. It may sound simple, but with an ensemble of angklung players, an angklung performance is truly worth watching.
Making The Angklung is not an easy job. Only trained people can do it. The bamboo they use to make angklung can't be too old or too young or else the sound of the angklung won't be right. The chosen bamboo tubes are then carved to have a resonant pitch when struck and are tuned to octaves.
The Angklung has been famous in Indonesia for hundreds of years. But it is now making its way to becoming a world-known instrument. Not long ago, precisely on 9th of July 2011, 5.182 people from all over the world gathered in Washington DC to play angklung together and is listed in the Guinnes Book of Records as the largest angklung ensemble.
One of the great facts of angklung is that it can not only play traditional songs, but it can also play modern songs. One of witch you can watch in this following link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3gkMvpSWxKs
So, we should be proud to have such a beautiful instrument and treasure it.
